Caregivers Home Health & Hospice was founded in 1997, by a retired Army nurse who held a sincere desire to serve in a higher capacity. With an ambitious and positive outlook, we moved forward and were accredited by The Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations in 1999. This accreditation reinforces our commitment to provide exceptional medical care to the Northern Virginia community.
Mission
Caregivers Home Health Services, Inc. (CHHS) is dedicated to a level of service that will help foster quality of life. CHHS’s goal for each patient is to achieve full personal potential. The fundamental objectives are to provide comfort to patients and to educate them to care for themselves so that they may add healthy independent years to their lives.
