Caregivers Palliative Care

Improving the lives of patients and families facing serious illness

The Palliative Care Program

Palliative Care is specialized medical care focused on relieving pain, managing symptoms, and reducing the stress of serious illnesses — at any stage, for any diagnosis.

Our mission is to help alleviate patient and family suffering and to promote patient quality of life through high-quality clinical consultation and education.

Our Team

“Our palliative care team is here to help support you and your family through your medical journey. Whether it be to help you feel better through expert symptom management, having a better understanding of your medical plan of care, or assisting with medical decisions, our team will be by your side”
